An Outstanding Experience

At our Beauty Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their DAFFORNE experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

ATTENDING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Be Considerate To Other Clients

Everyone deserves a little down time..

So please, DO NOT bring children, friends or other parties with you to your appointment.

You and all other clients having treatments deserve to get relaxing experience

in peaceful and quiet environment.

Our insurance policy doesn't cover anyone on premises who isn't a client therefore third parties

(kids, partners, friends, etc.) WILL NOT be allowed to accompany you during your treatment, your appointment will be cancelled and result in charge of cancellation fee.

Excluding Care Workers looking after the client.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

16/18

Due to our Insurance Policy we are not able to perform ANY treatments on clients under 16 years of age.
*18 for Permanent Make Up, Botox, Face Fillers - please message us prior to booking if unsure.
Bookings made by/for underaged clients will be canceled/or treatment refused,

and charged cancellation fee/result in loss of deposit.

NEED TO CANCEL?

What You Need to Know

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge a a booking fee.

No-shows and late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged 100% appointment price, but no more than £50 per each booked service (deposit will be lost where applicable).
Accounts which we are not able to charge due to insufficient funds or errors will be put on hold until outstanding fees are cleared. 
Notorious no-shows and last minute cancellation clients will be banned from booking future appointments.

DEPOSITS

Aesthetics & Beauty Treatments

Deposit secures ONE booked slot and is charged per each booked treatment,

and is non refundable under any circumstances.
In case of cancellations, not showing up to your appointment, or not turning up for a patch test (if required) which won't allow us to go ahead with the procedure - deposit will be lost. 
New deposit will be charged to book each new slot & only one deposit will be deducted

from your final treatment price.

NEED A PATCH TEST?

Just Pop In

Some of our services require a patch test to ensure your safety, and we will not go ahead with your procedure without it. Remember to pop in 1-2 days prior to your appointment - it only takes 2 seconds!

Failure to attend your patch test will result in the cancellation of your appointment and you being charged a cancellation fee or loose your deposit - whichever aplies.

Patch test MUST be REPEATED 1-2 days before treatment if:


* it is your 1st appointment booked with us (we don't honour patch test from other salons)
* there was a service break longer than 6 months
* you have tested positive for Covid-19 since last treatment
* you have had Covid-19 or Flu Jab since last treatment
* you have shown increased sensitivity to any other products since your last treatment

 

RUNNING LATE?

Be Considerate

DAFFORNE is a very popular Beauty Salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unncessarily.
